St. Joseph Parish
Craft Fair
St. Joseph
Parish Hall –
Sponsored by
The
St. Joseph Craft Fair is held each year on the last Saturday of October, rain
or shine. We hold the Fair in our
Parish Hall, a large, well-lighted space which can accommodate up to 50 vendors
without crowding. We have ample on-site
parking available as well, and our facility is fully handicapped-accessible.
For
shoppers, we strive to offer a wide variety of quality merchandise, with many
of our vendors returning year after year.
Many of our crafters donate items which are raffled off, along with
merchandise donated by local businesses.
We also have a food court available for snacks, drinks or lunch.
We
work hard to support our vendors, offering the option of setting up either
Friday evening or Saturday morning, providing assistance with both set-up and
tear-down, free coffee and donuts during Saturday morning set-up, and the
option of having lunch delivered right to your booth!
When
planning the layout for the Fair, we make every effort to make sure you are not
placed near another crafter with similar merchandise, which is why we ask that
photos be submitted with your application. Our booth spaces are a
generous 10’ x 10’, with at least a foot between you and any other vendor, and
many of them are the highly desirable corner spaces! The walking isles
are between 7 and 10 feet wide, so the overall effect is one of
spaciousness.
If
you have any questions remaining after you’ve looked over the application, feel
free to contact Lisa Kimpflen, Craft Fair Coordinator, either by email (lisakimpflen@sjcherndon.org) or
phone (703-880-4303).
We
look forward to hearing from you!
