First Penance

January 10, 2012 – 9:00 AM
This is a very special ceremony which parents are expected to attend.
Following the reception of the sacrament the students and their parents are
treated to a small reception hosted by the 1st grade parents. The 2nd
grade children are then dismissed for the day.
Terra Nova
Testing
Week of April
23, 2012
Scheduling of vacations and doctors appointments should be
avoided during this week, as tests are administered each day. There are no
make-ups for missed tests.
First Holy
Communion
Saturday, May
12, 2012 – 11:30 AM
Specific information regarding required dress policies and
arrival time for the day will be sent home in mid-January.
May Crowning
Mass
Friday, May
18, 2012 – 9:00 AM
The second grade children have the honor of crowning Mary
during the St. Joseph School May Crowning Mass. The 2nd grade
children will wear their First Communion attire for the mass and then are
dismissed for the day following the mass.
