Every summer approximately 800 teenagers come together to serve those in need within the Diocese of Arlington. Known as "Work Camp" these high school youth are placed into a faith community of charity, service, and prayer, whereby they assist others in a Christ-like manner (ref. Matthew 25:40). St. Joseph's Church typically sends between 45-50 youth a year and does its best to accommodate each high school teenager at least twice.

Work Camp is widely considered to be one of the most enjoyable faith experiences many youth participate in while in high school. Although much time and planning is necessary to become part of this wonderful event, it is truly worth the sacrifice and effort.
